Description
The department of Mechanical Engineering (UME) of ENSTA ParisTech (France) is seeking a
suitable candidate for the position of
Assistant Professor in Structural Acoustics and Transportation Acoustics.
The successful candidate will commence work in autumn of this year (2010) as a staff
member of the "Fluid Dynamics and Acoustics" group (DFA). He will perform original
academic research in the field of structural acoustics
The candidate will teach acoustics and mechanics, a significant part of which will be in
the form of experimental projects. He will manage the new third year's teaching about
transportation acoustics at ENSTA ParisTech.
The successful candidate should be qualified to PhD level in acoustics and must be able
to provide evidence of experience relevant to the position.
